Ideally, buy your sunglasses from a reputable place and go for safety by purchasing a pair that blocks 99 to 100 percent of UVB and UVA radiation.

 

Rest Your Eyes Often

 

Working all day on your computer can strain your eyes because you will not blink as you should. You can try to follow the 20-20-20 rule given by the National Eye Institute. Try looking at an object 20 feet ahead of you for 20 seconds after 20 minutes of staring at your digital screen.
